We are happy you are interested in MEF Band Camp 2016 and we look forward to receiving your application. To apply for MEF Band Camp please complete and submit the online form. In addition, click on the Instructor Recommendation Form image below the application to copy or save the form to your computer. Print out the saved form, and have it signed by the applicant's school band director or private music instructor and mail to: Musician Enrichment Foundation, 435 W. Rio Salado Pkwy, # 337, Tempe, AZ, 85281. Acceptance will be based on teacher recommendation, experience, positions available for each instrument, and date of application. Notification of acceptance will be approximately one week after reception of online form and mailed teacher recommendation form. Payment for MEF Band Camp is non-refundable.
